Welcome to the 2026 Summer foraging sign up page. I will be hosting two mushroom hunts this summer, focused on teaching basic foraging skills to identify and harvest wild mushrooms. Particularly, this class will target species such as chanterelles, chicken of the woods, hedgehog mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, lobster mushrooms, black trumpet mushrooms, various boletes, and many others.
I am hosting 4 hunts this summer, all within 1 hour of the Twin Cities metro area:
July 11th, 9am - 12pm
July 18th, 9am - 12pm
July 25th, 9am - 12pm
Aug. 15th, 9am - 12pm
Cost is $60 per person, with 50% payment required to hold your spot. Payment is non-refundable.
